 Has received professional coach training from Corporate Performance Coaching (Pat Pitsel & Rael Kelly).- Member of ICF (International Coach Federation) and Calgary Association of Professional Coaches.
- Have coached team leaders, managers, vice presidents, owners of small businesses and individual entrepreneurs.
- Worked 26 years with Chevron Canada Resources as area engineer, supervisor and manager. Supervised over 50 technical employees. The first 10 years were in field operations working with foremen and with service companies as a well site supervisor.
- Lifetime member of APEGGA (professional engineer).
- Currently active in CRIA, a group of Chevron retirees active in seven community projects. Volunteer in Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, United Way and street canvasser. Charter president of the Lakelanders Toastmasters Club in Slave Lake.
- Built and taught workshops in: Time Management, Leadership, Interviewing Skills and Employee Development. Currently teaching the Enform (PITS) Well Service BOP and Coiled Tubing BOP courses.
